Our Living Services
Shared Living/Extended Family Homes (EFH) — In this program, we pair individuals in need of service with appropriate staff. The staff assists the individual with daily living activities, sharing life’s experiences and providing support directed by the person receiving services and or the family. We painstakingly guide these arrangements to ensure flourishing outcomes.
Supported Family Living Services — In this program, we pair individuals with disabilities with community members. These people live together, sharing life’s experiences and providing support. We painstakingly guide these arrangements to ensure flourishing outcomes.
Therapeutic Transitional Living Homes — This program provides temporary, supportive housing in addition to vocational training and education. We guide these arrangements to ensure that our clients can return to society and thrive.
Respite Services — We’re privileged to provide short-term relief to primary caregivers. Whether it lasts just an afternoon or several weeks, we’ll give you the chance to decompress and relax while we take care of your loved one.
